Why were jinn created? Allah says in the Qur’an, Chapter 51: verse 56 “And I did not create the jinn and mankind except to worship Me.” (Adh-Dhariyat 56) Jinn & Mankind both have one thing in common – ‘Free will’ Therefore, Jinn are responsible for their actions just like Humans are.
