Ruqyah Islamic Healing

Ruqya in incense is the Islamic Healing against Black Magic, Devils and the Evil Eye. Ruqya is the treatment and relief for people whose lives are stuck and who have been suffering for years from Sihr, Jinn or Ayn. It’s also a protection for Muslims against shirk and it’s a way of strengthening their faith and lastly it’s a way of da’wa for non-muslims.

By doing Ruqya, it is a fight against magicians, Satanists, seers and their associates, and a fight against all kinds of Shirk till it completely disappears.

Sorcery/Sihr is something that harms the whole body, until the person falls sick or dies, or causes disunion between couples, it is therefore lethal to do everything possible to remove it and use legal ways for treatment. Indeed, Allah gave a remedy to every disease. According to Abu Hurayra (RA) the Prophet (PBUH) said: “Allah did not send a disease without sending its remedy”

Muslim reported according to Jabir (RA) that the Prophet (PBUH) said: “Each disease has its remedy; if the remedy matching the disease is found, the patient will recover by Almighty Allah Azzawajal’s grace”. For sorcery especially, the remedy is the Quran because sorcery is made with satanic words which are cancelled by Allah’s words.

Allah says : “And We reveal of the Quran that which is a healing and a mercy for believers though it increase the evil doers in naught save ruin”

WHY RUQYA

1. Help people who are suffering in their life due to Sihr, Jinn or Ayn
2. Protect the Imaan and Aqeedah (beliefs) of Muslims from shirk
3. Da’wa to non muslims who come for Ruqya
4. Fight shirk, Sihr and sorcerers
5. Break the business of Aamils or Raaqis who charge too much and keep Ruqya a secret

In this way it is a Jihad, a struggle for the sake of Allah. You are also being oppressed and the dua of the oppressed is always answered.

THE EXISTENCE OF SORCERY

Allah The Most High says : “Consistently, when a messenger went to the previous generations, they said, “Magician,” or, “Crazy.”

Men have always known the phenomenon of sorcery and possession by Jinn (spirits), only modern materialism rejects it in the name of science, trying to explain it all by psychological problems and superstitions. It is surprising to see that some Imams and scholars deny the reality of these phenomenons while Allah clearly assesses the veracity of it’s effect “These two did not divulge such knowledge without pointing out: “This is a test. You shall not abuse such knowledge.” But the people used it in such evil schemes as the breaking up of marriages. They can never harm anyone against the will of Allah.”

We also know how the Prophet (PBUH) was a victim of Sihr and fell sick until Allah sent Angels to inform him that he has been charmed with hair and knots put under a stone in a dry well used for toilets. He then had to send companions to fetch it and the knots opened by the recitation of the two protection surats. The Prophet’s (PBUH) health recovered after that. Sorcery is therefore a reality.

IS SORCERY FORBIDDEN?

Allah says : “But the people used it in such evil schemes as the breaking up of marriages. They can never harm anyone against the will of Allah. They thus learn what hurts them, not what benefits them, and they know full well that whoever practices witchcraft will have no share in the Hereafter. Misery indeed is what they sell their souls for, if they only knew.”

Allah also says : “The magician’s work will not succeed.”

Al’Imrân ibn Husayn (RA) reports that the Prophet (PBUH) said: “Is not one of us he who spreads superstitions and he who believes in it, he who practices clairvoyance and the one seeking for it, he who practices sorcery and the one seeking for it; he who goes to a clairvoyant, asks him then believes in what he says, has disbelieved in what has been revealed to Muhammad (PBUH)” [Reported by El Bazzar with correct transmission chain.]

Abu Hurayra (RA) reports that Prophet (PBUH) said: “He who goes to a seer and believes his prediction, has disbelieved in what has been revealed to Muhammad (PBUH)” [Reported by Ahmed, Abu Daoud, At-Tirmidhi, Nassaï, Ibn Majah and El Hakim]

From the mentioned Hadith and Quraan it is clear that all forms of sorcery is totally forbidden. Sorcery involves shirk and there is no forgiveness for shirk. When sorcerers commit this hideous crime, it is only to cause harm and destruction, and Ruqya is the fight against it. May Allah accept us as soldiers of Deen.

WHAT IS A RAAQI

In short, a Raaqi is a person who has studied and understands the science of Ruqya according to Quraan and Sunnah and who treats people and assists them in the fight against Sihr, Evil Eye and Jinn. There are many different methods of Ruqya, but what makes a person a true Raaqi is one who practises Ruqya according to the Quraan and Sunnah. We do not consider a Raaqi to be an Aamil, neither do we make use of Jinn Catching, Taweez and Amulets. The method that is adopted is simple, easy to understand, easy to learn by even non-ulema and is totally free from all Shirk methods.

A Raaqi can be male or female with total yaqeen in Quraan.

BECOMING A RAAQI

Should you intend on becoming a Raaqi to treat people, you should have no other goal in your life but Allah. All problems you face will be a fortification for your faith, a forgiveness of your sins, a cause for repentance, an increase to your experience. Becoming a Raaqi means taking up the fight directly against Shaytaan and his army. Ruqya is no doubt the one activity that increases your faith and forces you to have total Yaseen in the words of Allah (The Quraan). It also gives you the opportunity to preach Islam to men and Jinn, gaining good actions and blessings from people you help cure.
